Coastal Creativity Workshop: Watercolors & Nature Mobiles
Coastal Creativity Workshop: Watercolors & Nature Mobiles
October 30, 2026
Workshop Description
Join us for a day of artistic freedom at the picturesque Wolfes Neck Farm Learning Center in Freeport, Maine! Our Coastal Creativity Workshop invites you to design your own artistic adventure from 9 AM to 4 PM.
Unleash your inner artist with two inspiring options:
 * Watercolor Painting with Mary Laury: Discover the luminous world of watercolors. Mary will guide you through techniques to capture the essence of coastal landscapes, still life, or your own imaginative scenes.
 * Nature Mobiles & Stabiles with Chris Toy: Transform natural treasures like driftwood, seashells, and feathers into unique mobiles and grounded stabiles. Chris will share design principles and construction techniques to help you create a truly one-of-a-kind piece.
What makes this workshop truly special is the flexibility to mix and match activities throughout the day. Want to spend the morning painting and the afternoon crafting a mobile? Or perhaps you'd like to dedicate more time to one medium? It's entirely up to you! Create your own experience and flow between the activities as your inspiration guides you.
